Yearbooks are coming and will be distributed on June 1st. Yearbooks, however, will only be distributed to students who have no outstanding materials or fines. Specifically, all textbooks or other learning materials from previous terms and all library materials must be returned, and/or all fines must be paid. Thanks for taking care of these obligations.

SENIORS!  Please request your final transcript in Naviance, for the college you have chosen to attend next year. We do not send them automatically.

As the weather warms up, keeping students dressed appropriately becomes even more of a challenge.  We would totally appreciate your help as we ask that students obey the dress code established by the district.  No undergarments should be visible.  Spaghetti straps are not allowed.  Skirts and shorts must be an appropriate length, and shirts must not be too revealing.  Clothing must not advertise anything inappropriate for the school setting.  Your attention to this will assist the efforts toward having a great end to the school year.

The high school has received $6,174 from the Target Take Charge of Education program. These dollars were generated from community members and parents who shop at Target and designate the high school as the recipient of 1% of their purchase when they use their Target credit card. Thank you for designating the high school as the benefactor of this contribution. Please spread the word to others and encourage them to designate the high school their school of choice.

ATTENTION ALL FLHS PARENTS:
The Forest Lake High School Sports and Activities department has been given the opportunity to team up with a local company called CoFinity that has offered us a program that has a sustainable fundraising approach. Our families will receive a "Deal-of-the-Day" offer in their email inbox each day, should they decide to subscribe for free, that offers 50-90% discounts from local and Twin City merchants on great places to eat, fun places to visit and other offers from a wide selection of businesses. Should any of those offers appeal to you and you purchase a certificate, then our sports teams and activity groups will receive a portion of that purchase. You get great deal offers while supporting Forest Lake High School Sports/Activities at the same time. No minimum requirements and you will see new deals each day all year long. All you need to do is visit the Forest Lake "Deal-of-the-Day" website that has been created for us http://supportflhs.isd831mn.com/minneapolis/st._paul and subscribe with just your email address and then you will be registered to start receiving the daily offers. Your email will not be traded, sold or used for other purposes and you can unsubscribe at any time.

Please feel free to contact us if you would like more information about any of the articles listed above or need any information.  If you would like to unsubscribe from receiving our daily announcements e-mails, please click the "unsubscribe" link below.
